Ann C Quinn is a visual artist. For over three decades, she has exhibited in galleries, taverns, showcase venues, libraries, and in a village hall. Her art is widely seen, purchased, and installed. Born and living on Chicago’s northwest side, Annie a seasoned sailor who spends many days nights of the year aboard her sailboat out of Montrose Bay. Ann’s nautical senses are mainstream to her artistic expressions techniques, and materials. Adept at painting and photography, Ann is now concentrating on her favorite medium, off loom weaving in cotton fibers, recycled copper tubing, hand stripped copper wire, many of the works have lighting built into them. You will see light, joy, and self sustaining positive energy.
